Your files never leave your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your data to our servers. Processing happens 100% locally in your browser.
1. File Processing
All file processing occurs entirely in your web browser. When you use any of our tools:

- ✓ Files are processed locally on your device via JS
- ✓ We have absolutely no physical access to your files
- ✓ Processed files exist only in memory until tab is closed
2. Local Storage
We use your browser's local secure storage solely for user preferences:
- 🌗 Theme preference: Remembering your light or dark mode setting.
- ⚡ Recently used tools: Caching navigation lists for your convenience.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
OnlinePDFPro utilizes Google Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate data (e.g., page views, popular tools, geographic region) to help us improve the infrastructure. Your IP address is anonymized before storage. We do not collect personal information.
We also employ Google AdSense to display advertisements that keep our tools completely free. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits across the internet. You can easily opt out of personalized ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings.
Detailed Extended Disclosures
At OnlinePDFPro, we consider user privacy to be a fundamental human right. Under the definitions established by frameworks like the GDPR, OnlinePDFPro acts neither as a Data Controller nor a Data Processor regarding your files. Because the files reside exclusively on your local machine and are modified by software executing on your local machine, you retain complete sovereignty over your data.
Furthermore, our tools rely on open-source JavaScript libraries loaded from CDNs, which may log basic access requests to static assets, similar to GitHub Pages hosting our static HTML pages. None of these contain PII.
