How do I sign in?

You can sign in with your email and password, or use Google Sign-In for one-click access. An account is only required when purchasing study materials.

How does Google login work?

Click "Continue with Google" on the login page. We use Supabase Auth with Google OAuth — your name and profile photo are imported automatically. No extra password needed.

I need to reset my password

Select “Forgot password?” on the sign-in form, enter your account email, and follow the password-reset link sent by Supabase Auth. If you signed up with Google, continue using Google Sign-In. For urgent account issues, email us at support@onlinepdfpro.com.

Can I buy study materials?

Choose a study material, select Buy Now or add it to your cart, and sign in when prompted. Checkout opens securely through Razorpay. After a successful payment, your purchase appears in My Library and you can download the PDF anytime.

Which payment methods are available?

Razorpay handles checkout and supports the payment methods available for your account and region, including UPI, cards, and net banking when offered by Razorpay. OnlinePDFPro does not store your payment credentials.

I paid but do not see the product

Open My Library while signed in. Payment confirmation can be completed by the Razorpay webhook even if the browser closes. If the item is still missing, contact support with your payment reference.

Can I download a purchase again?

Yes. Sign in and open My Library; each paid purchase has a Download PDF button.

How do refunds work?

See the Refund Policy and email support@onlinepdfpro.com within seven days with your order or payment reference.

Are the PDF tools really free?

Yes. The free PDF tools do not require an account or add a watermark. Individual tools state their file-size, file-count, and format limits on the page.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Tools marked local process files in your browser. AI, OCR cloud retry, QR file hosting, and PDF↔Word conversion send data to the provider named on that tool's page. Review the processing notice before uploading.
